Cancellation Policy
Your registration can only be canceled in writing. If you cancel up to three weeks before the start, we will charge you € 75, - (excluding VAT) for administration fees. Any cancellation within three weeks fromt start of the summit will not qualify for a refund. Sign up within 3 weeks before commencement? Then, unfortunately, we are required to calculate the full enrollment amount. If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost.
