Positive health

This training offers a 2-hour introduction to the concept of Positive Health and you will work with your own ‘health spider web’. The goal is to make you think about what is most important to you, to provide insights in your health and well-being and in what ways you might want or be able to strengthen this. 

After following this training, you are able to:

•    Take a broader look at health and wellbeing
•    Find out how you experience your health 
•    Gain insight into your resilience 
•    Try out new ways to further develop your resilience and health 
•    Take control yourself to deal with the physical, emotional and social challenges in life
