Maastricht University will treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act. It will only be used for the purpose of sending – if you specify – Newsletters or information about information events. Moreover, your data will be used for internal analyses regarding the improvement of our provision of information to prospective students. Your data will be removed after one year, unless you start studying at Maastricht University, then your data will be registered in our student database. Recordings and photos
All our events can be recorded on photo or video. This visual material can be used (now or in the future) for educational and promotional purposes, publication on the Internet such as the Maastricht University website and publication on Maastricht University's social media channels. If you object to this, you can inform the organization of the event.
