Safer Space training

For boards of study and student associations, and confidential advisors. 

During the Safer Space training, you as an association will discuss social safety with each other and with other associations. What exactly entails social safety and what do you think is needed for this? We will discuss discrimination and transgressive behaviour, why it is harmful and how your own identity can influence it. We will talk about the importance of the social norm, recognise micro-aggressions and give you conversation techniques to counter discrimination (in a respectful, nice way). During the training, there will also be room for personal experiences and input, after all, you know your own association best!
