The 2023 PIC Design Course is an on-site event, taking place at the Academic Society (Parklaan 93, Eindhoven) from Monday, October 30, until Friday, November 10. The standard registration fee is 3103 EUR. The early-bird registration fee is 2586 EUR. You can benefit from the early-bird rate if you register before the 31st of August. The final registration deadline is the 29th of September, unless the limit of participants (approx. 40) is reached before that.

The registration fee covers access to the full 10-day course and course material. Lunches are provided by the course venue. Please note, accommodation is not included in the price.

Design With Experts

The final session of the course is the Design With Experts session. This is an optional session where you can work on your own MPW design while having the opportunity to ask specific questions to on-site experts. These experts are typically members of the Photonic Integration group at TU/e with knowledge and experience in the various fields of photonic IC design. There is no fixed program and it is up to you to make it a useful session. Please note that it is not mandatory to join, so you can take this into account when making your travel arrangements.
