Conference information

For conference delegates the 3 day fee includes: welcome reception on Tuesday 4 July, conference dinner on Wednesday 5 July and (coffee) breaks and lunches at the conference venue.
 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before 15 May 2023 will receive a full refund less € 50,- administration fee.

  • Cancellations made between 15 May 2023 and 1 June 2023  will receive a 50% refund less € 50,- administration fee
  • No refunds are granted after 1 June 2023 (in extra-ordinary cases the organisation will look into the request and decide on a possible compensation)
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds

All refunds will be made after 7 July 2023.

Privacy statement

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Photography/Videography

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the conference; also presentations will be recorded. These can be used by the organizing committee and organizing parties for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
