Upon arrival at the head office, please report to the reception desk. Registration of all visitors is compulsory in view of TenneT’s key role in managing the vital infrastructure of the Netherlands. The reception desk staff will therefore ask you to present proper identification, so we can confirm your identity. Please bring a valid passport, identity card or driving licence.

After you have presented valid proof of identity, the reception desk staff will provide you with a visitor’s pass. We ask you kindly to wear this pass in a visible place and return it to the reception desk upon your departure. You can wait in the reception area for your appointment to come and collect you.
