Workshops:

1. Juggling - the art of letting go and FAILURE 

In this workshop you will learn step by step how to juggle three balls. You will experience both success and failure. In the process of learning to keep several balls in the air at once, you will also learn on embracing failure and most importantly on changing being stuck in patterns into breaking free of patterns. You will go home with the foundations of three ball juggling.  Along the way you get unexcpected insights and probably have some fun. The teacher is professional juggler Guido van Hout.
 
 
2. Failure and the art of starting over
Failure is a word that weighs heavy on our minds. It signifies the end of a journey: you either succeed or you fail, and that is the end of it. But life is not that binary, and the road never ends. What does failure mean, and what comes after you “fail”?
Roxy Jongewaard will show you some museum highlights that have ties to the idea of starting over and trying again. Jongewaard is the curatorial assistant to the director and junior curator of contemporary art. In this short tour, she will show you that overcoming failure is a central theme in the arts. As Carrie Fisher said: Take your broken heart, make it into art!
