LATE SUMMER FAMILY FESTIVAL 2023

It’s almost time for our Later Summer Family Festival and we look forward to welcoming you and your family to our Late Summer Family Festival in September.

Enjoy delicious food from the various food trucks, dance at the splashing music performance and help yourself to refreshing drinks. There is no better way to tour the multiple locations below than on the 'Hop on-Hop off' bus: 

• Veerhaven: Welcome aboard our tug! You can admire the engine room and wheelhouse or cruise to our new office that is still under construction. 
• Scheldekade 48: Try your hand at the wheel of our simulator, giving you an up-close and personal experience of what it's like to drive a boat and explore the harbour! 
• Schependijk 29: Learn about the maintenance and requirements of our tugs from our Technical Department. 
• Goessekade 1: Step into the multifaceted lives of our boatmen: mooring and unmooring seagoing vessels, transporting people and stores with high-speed boats. Admire the cabs providing land transportation to our colleagues and employees from other maritime service providers.
• Buitenhaven 13: Take a peek behind the impressive screens of SMS dispatchers and see how they plan and coordinate the region's tugs and boatmen. 
• Schuttershofweg 1: Visit our office where our management team, operations, crewing and other staff work from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Westerschelde and Terneuzen. 
• At 2 PM, enjoy the spectacular 'FiFi' show on the Zeedijk near Veerhaven.
