Workshop - Teambuilding for board members

Het nieuwe academiejaar is begonnen. Als bestuur zullen jullie tijdens dit academiejaar in team intensief met elkaar samenwerken in kader van de activiteiten van jullie vereniging. Aangenaam, efficiënt en gezond met elkaar samenwerken is een uitdaging. Om jullie hierin te ondersteunen, biedt SSC en UM Career Services gratis een workshop ‘Teambuilding voor besturen’ aan voor het bestuur van jullie studie- of studentenvereniging. Dit aanbod geldt voor de grootste verenigingen. 

Wat kun je als bestuur van deze workshop verwachten?
Aan de hand van een praktische oefening voor het team, toetsen jullie het vermogen van jullie team om uitdagende problemen in samenwerking op te lossen. Hierbij krijgen jullie inzicht in de teamrollen en samenwerkingsstijlen van jullie teamleden, en in de sterktes en werkpunten van jullie team. Professionele begeleiders reiken concrete tips en tools aan om jullie teamwerking verder te versterken. 

Hoe deelnemen? 
Jullie kunnen het bestuur van jullie vereniging inschrijven door een datum van inschrijving te kiezen op deze pagina.
Let op! Enkel 1 iemand per vereniging hoeft het bestuur aan te melden. 
Vol = vol!

Je bestuur kan kiezen uit de volgende twee opties: 
•    maandag 23 september 2024 van 13u30 tot 16u30 @SSC
•    woensdag 2 oktober 2024 van 13u30 tot 16u30 @SSC 

Let op!
1) Het is voorwaardelijk om als bestuur voltallig aanwezig te zijn om deel te kunnen nemen. 
2) Na de aanmelding ontvang je een formulier waarin wij meer informatie vragen. Dit formulier graag vóór 20 september retourneren naar SSC-PPD-Groepsaanbod@maastrichtuniversity.nl

English version

The academic year has started. During this academic year, as a board, you will collaborate intensively as a team in the context of the activities for your association. Working together in a pleasant, efficient and healthy way is a challenge. To support you in this, SSC and UM Career Services offer a free workshop – 'Team building for boards' – for the board of your study or student association. This offer applies to the biggest associations.

What can you expect from this workshop as a board member?
In a practical team exercise, you will test your team's ability to solve challenging problems through collaboration. You will gain insight into the team roles and collaboration styles of your team members, and into the strengths and working points of your team. Professional counselors provide concrete tips and tools to strengthen your teamwork further.

How to participate?
You can register the board of your study or student association for participation via this link.
Please note! Only 1 representative needs to sign up for your association. 
First come first serve!

Your board can choose out of the following 2 options: 

•    Monday September 23, 2024 from 13h30 till 16h30 @SSC
•    Wednesday October 2, 2024 from 13h30 till 16h30 @SSC


Please note!
1) It is necessary as a board to be present with all members in order to participate. 
2) After registration you will receive a document in which we request you to fill in additional information. Please return this document to SSC-PPD-Groepsaanbod@maastrichtuniversity.nl, before September 20, 2024
