Data
De Universiteit Maastricht gaat vertrouwelijk met uw gegevens om, overeenkomstig de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. Uw gegevens worden gebruikt voor het toesturen van – indien door u aangegeven – informatie over andere voorlichtingsactiviteiten. Bovendien worden uw gegevens gebruikt voor interne analyses t.b.v. het verbeteren van onze informatievoorziening naar aankomende studenten. Uw gegevens worden na 1 jaar verwijderd uit onze systemen, tenzij u zich aanmeldt bij de Universiteit Maastricht, dan komen uw gegevens in onze studentendatabase te staan. Mocht u vragen hebben over het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens door de Universiteit Maastricht dan kunt u contact opnemen met privacy@maastrichtuniversity.nl

Beeldmateriaal
Onze evenementen kunnen worden vastgelegd op foto en/of video. Dit beeldmateriaal kan (nu of in de toekomst) worden gebruikt voor educatieve en promotionele doeleinden, publicatie op internet zoals de website van de Universiteit Maastricht en publicatie op de social media kanalen van de Universiteit Maastricht. Als je hier bezwaar tegen hebt, kun je de organisatie van het evenement op de hoogte stellen.

Your information

Maastricht University will treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act. It will only be used for the purpose of sending – if you specify – Newsletters or information about information events. Moreover, your data will be used for internal analyses regarding the improvement of our provision of information to prospective students. Your data will be removed after one year, unless you start studying at Maastricht University, then your data will be registered in our student database. If you have questions regarding the use of your personal information, you can contact privacy@maastrichtuniversity.nl

Recordings and photos
All our events can be recorded on photo or video. This visual material can be used (now or in the future) for educational and promotional purposes, publication on the Internet such as the Maastricht University website and publication on Maastricht University's social media channels. If you object to this, you can inform the organization of the event.
