Coping with emotions

Emotions, everyone has them all the time. They can be nice, but they can also be a burden. Sometimes it’s hard to cope with them. This training gives you more insight into your own emotional world. What’s there on the surface? What’s maybe underneath? Why do you react the way you do? The training addresses healthy ways of coping with your own emotions and how to cope better with the emotions of others.

In the training you will get tips and info from the trainer, but you will also work in little groups and learn from each other.
