*Startup passes

F&A Next reserves the right to revoke a pass if the company in question does not seem to meet the full set of conditions required to purchase the ‘Startup’ pass.
A Startup pass is not applicable to any ‘new’ organization. Excluded from startup passes are: non-profit organizations, starting investors/funds, startup advisors, agencies, consultancies, new companies via mergers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received until one month prior to the summit: a refund of 50% will be made.
Cancellations received less than one month prior to the summit, or in case of no-show: no refund will be made.
A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide us the name, the title and contact details of the substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the summit.

For the purpose of networking, there will be a searchable list in our digital network platform with the names, job titles and company names of all our participants. You may choose to turn this off within the platform.

Want to register multiple delegates at once?

Step 1) Enter the details of the first delegate.
Step 2) Click button: "Submit and add extra person."
Step 3) Repeat this until all participants are registered.

(If you have received a relation code, you must enter it again each time you register a participant.)

Step 4) Click button: "Sign up and pay"
Step 5) On the next page you can enter billing information. Here you can also enter an alternate email address to send the collective invoice.
