Workshop 'Yoga'

Yoga = Vitality

To study effectively, you need calm and clear focus and a healthy body. So, you need to take good care of yourself and stay vital! Vitality consists of a healthy mind (brain), body (including physiology), heart (social-emotional), and soul (inspiration). Yoga can contribute to all of these areas. In this workshop, you'll practice basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and a relaxation meditation. You'll also receive tips on how to incorporate yoga into your daily life.

This workshop is a preview of the yoga classes that will be offered after the Student Wellbeing Week.
