Avoid the Blue Monday mood and join us on a Maastricht Running tour next Monday! 💙🏃🏽The third Monday of January is characterised as the “most depressing day of the year”, so getting some exercise and fresh air definitely won’t hurt. This running tour organised by Raoul Spronken will take you through Maastricht and get you into a better mood.
You do not have to be an athlete to join as we make several short stops and the pace will be easy.
Our goal is to uplift your mind and connect with fellow active students and employees. It’s suited for all levels, so there’s no excuse to miss this fun workout!
After the run there will be free coffee/tea and hot choco at the LAW faculty.
