NanoLabNL Userday 2025

Dear colleagues and users of our Cleanrooms,

We cordially invite you to the second edition of the NanoLabNL Userday on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, in Delft. We plan to organise two sessions during the day, with speakers from all five locations. Of course, there will be plenty of room for networking and exchanging knowledge and expertise. 

The Userday will occur during the first day of the annual International MicroNanoConference (iMNC), which is organised by MinacNed. We kindly invite you to attend the plenary session with keynote lectures by Jo van den Brand (Nikhef) and Massimo Mastrangeli (Delft University of Technology) and use the networking opportunities with companies, knowledge institutions, and students.  

The outline programme for Tuesday 18 November is as follows:

08.30 - 09.30 hr: Walk-in with coffee and tea
09.30 - 11.00 hr: Start programme, with a keynote lecture by Jo van den Brand (Nikhef) and poster pitches
11.00 - 11.30 hr: Coffee and Tea break
11.30 - 13.00 hr: First session for NanoLabNL Userday 
13.00 - 13.30 hr: Lunch and networking
13.30 - 14.25 hr: Poster sessions/Start-up pitches 
14.30 - 16.00 hr: Second session for NanoLabNL Userday
16.00 - 16.30 hr: Coffee and Tea break
16.30 -17.10 hr: Keynote lecture by Massimo Mastrangeli (Delft University of Technology)
17.10 - 17.30 hr: Exhibitor pitches
17.30 - 18.30 hr: Network drinks
18.30 hr: Start evening program and social networking (optional)

More information about the programme for the NanoLabNL Userday sessions will follow soon, but registration is now open. We value your attendance, and therefore, NanoLabNL will cover 50% of your application fee.  

Please note that the NanoLabNL Userday sessions will only take place on the first day of the iMNC, on Tuesday, 18 November. Of course, you are welcome to attend both days of the iMNC. If you register for both days, NanoLabNL will still cover 50% of the application fee for the first day.
