This number is visible in the URL bar when you are logged into your event. If you have not created an event yet, we kindly ask you to do so, so we can proceed with the preparations for the correct event.

Wij zijn 1 uur voor de starttijd van het inchecken aanwezig, dit geeft de engineer ruim voldoende tijd om op te bouwen, de hosts te briefen en vragen te beantwoorden. Op deze manier is alles gereed voordat de eerste deelnemer arriveert.
De engineer is vervolgens maximaal 3 uur aanwezig voor ondersteuning, in totaal dus 4 uur lang.

Heb je meer tijd nodig, dan kun je extra uren à €80.00/uur afnemen.

We ask you to provide the best possible estimate of the expected participants so that we can supply the correct number of printers and tablets. If this estimate changes, please let us know as soon as possible.

It is customary for the engineer to clean up and take all rented equipment at the agreed end time. If you wish to keep the equipment longer, this can be arranged. Please note that any additional costs for courier services or PostNL packages will be at your own expense.

Terms and Conditions

From the moment the rented equipment arrives at your location until it is returned to aanmelder.nl, you are responsible for the equipment, except when our engineer is present with the equipment. While the equipment is in your care, you are also liable for any theft or damage to the equipment. Therefore, please ensure adequate security and careful use.

If desired, you can create an inspection report at the time of transfer of the equipment between you and our engineer, if applicable to your event.
