What are the event details?

Each event has its own number in aanmelder.nl. This number is visible in the URL bar when you are logged in to your event. If you haven’t created an event yet, we kindly ask you to do so, so we can make preparations for the correct event.

Badge design

Your event naturally deserves the perfect badge. Below, you can upload your own badge design and/or logos and images you'd like to have on the badge. The photo below shows you what the badge will look like:

 

Describe your design wishes for the badge as detailed as possible below: think about color usage, logo placement and size, etc. If you would like to use a specific font, you can also upload it in this form (see below). If you already have a badge design, we can use it as a reference.

By default, we place 2 lines on the badge:
(First Name, Last Name + Company Name)
You will receive a digital badge for approval no later than 3 working days before the event. Please note that we make a maximum of 3 badge versions. After that, additional fees will be charged.

Do you have breakout sessions (such as workshops, locations, ...) and would you like to know who attended those sessions? We can print the QR code on the badge so that participants can be scanned at the breakout session.

We can import (additional) data into the system. This could include new participants or extra information such as a seating arrangement, etc.

You want to add new participants.

We will need an Excel document with at least the following columns:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

Please note that if you want to address participants with Mr./Ms. in the email, this should also be in a separate column.

If you are printing a badge with extra information, please include this in the document as well.

Is the import file complete? If so, upload it using the upload tool. We can no longer process files via email.

You want to add extra information to existing registrations.

Export your registrations from aanmelder.nl and supplement this Excel file with the additional information in separate columns.

Please make sure you do not alter any of the existing columns/data for the participants. We will link your extra information based on the unique registration code of the participant that is included in the export.

Special requests at the registration location

aanmelder.nl does not provide hosts.

Terms and Conditions

From the moment the rented equipment arrives at your location until it is returned to aanmelder.nl, you are responsible for the equipment, except when our engineer is present with the equipment. While the equipment is under your control, you are also liable for theft or damage to the equipment. Therefore, please ensure adequate security and careful use.

If you prefer, you can prepare an inspection report at the time of transfer of the equipment between you and our engineer, if applicable to your event.
