We have two registration options: including and excluding (light registration) the banqueting party in the Stadshaven Brouwerij on Wednesday 20 August.

All registrations include access to the welcome reception on Monday 18 August.

Students receive a 50% discount on their dinner ticket.

Dietary requirements

While we aim to fulfill all dietary requests to the best of our ability, please note that providing appropriate meals is subject to the facilities and capabilities of the venue.

We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however it cannot be guaranteed that all requests will be met. It is advisable for delegates to have contingency plans in place for their dietary requirements.

Catering

The welcome reception and refreshments during the breaks are included in your registration, lunch however is not.

During the breaks we will offer coffee, tea, flavoured waters, sweets and fruit. Throughout the venue aqua cans will be available to fill water bottles.

Since there are limited lunch options in the vicinity of the conference venue, you can purchase lunch tickets during the registration process for the onsite lunch buffet.

A lunch ticket costs € 25,00 euro per day and this includes bread with spreads, a hot meal, salads, fruit and a drink.

During Interspeech 2025 we have the following social events scheduled :

Welcome reception on Monday 18 August (ticket included in the registration fee)

Conference banquet/party on Wednesday 20 August (ticket included in the full registration only).

Delegates who purchased a light membership of course have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the party separately.

You are welcome to purchase extra tickets for the welcome reception and the conference party for accompanying persons.

An extra ticket for the welcome reception costs €50,00 and a ticket for the conference party costs €150,00 for regular and retired attendees and €75,00 for students.

Interspeech 2025 will work under the privacy policy of Delft University of Technology (TU Delft.)

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for Interspeech 2025 and ISCA and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Photos and videos

Please note that photos will be taken and video fragments will be recorded throughout the conference by both professional photographers and your fellow delegates. These photos can be used by Interspeech 2025 and ISCA for a recap of the conference in our publications and on our website and social media.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation can be done in the registration form, but please also send an e-mail notification to registration@interspeech2025.org.

Cancellation of registration refers to complete and/or partial cancellation of registrations, satellite events, tutorials, lunches and social events.

Cancellation fees are incurred as follows:

Cancellations received prior to Sunday 20 July 2025 - full refund minus an administration fee of €50,00 (fifty Euro).
Cancellations received after Sunday 20 July 23.59 EST - No refund on the registration fee is given. We will refund purchased lunch tickets and extra tickets for social events until 3 August (two weeks before the start of Interspeech2025).

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat via registration@interspeech2025.org as soon as possible.
