Cooking Lab: Recipes for Sustainability in Education

As part of our commitment to integrating sustainability into engineering education, we invite contributions to "Recipes for Sustainability"—a dynamic session highlighting innovative initiatives that embed sustainable development into learning programs.

 

What to expect in this session? 

This session will feature short pitches and interactive discussions, providing a platform to share insights, best practices, and challenges in developing future-ready engineers.

 

We are looking for contributions!

✔️ Transformative teaching practices – Innovative pedagogical methods or activities that foster sustainability competencies and critical thinking.
✔️ Curriculum redesign – Strategies for embedding sustainability principles into engineering courses and program structures.
✔️ Student-centered learning – Projects, experiential learning opportunities, and extracurricular activities that empower students as sustainability leaders.
✔️ Assessment and impact – Approaches to measuring the effectiveness of sustainability education in developing knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
✔️ Interdisciplinary and collaborative learning – Educational initiatives that integrate sustainability across disciplines and promote collaborative problem-solving.
