It is mandatory to register for this event. The registration will close on 13 June.

When registering for the event, you can reserve one spot for yourself and up to three additional seats for family or friends. Unfortunately, due to the venue’s capacity, it’s not possible to reserve more than this.

If another student isn’t bringing any guests, you may be able to take over their unused seats. Please make sure that the student giving up their extra spots includes your additional guests in their registration, so that the total number of attendees is accurately recorded. Please send an email to gs-office@maastrichtuniversity.nl and let us know from whom you are taking over the ticket.
