Future Mobility Workshops

Registration form

Future Mobility Workshops are half-day workshops where TU Delft mobility researchers and mobility experts from public and/or private organisations get together to exchange knowledge on a specific topic or strategic question. After summer, you can participate in workshops on ‘Automated Futures: Societal Use Cases for Automated Driving’ and ‘Innovations in Logistics’.

Automated Futures: Societal Use Cases for Automated Driving

Automated driving technology is maturing — we're already seeing it in operation in the US and China.

Now is the time for us, in the Netherlands and across Europe, to consider if and how we want to adopt this technology. How can it help drive our society forward?

In this workshop, we will identify use cases where automated driving can contribute to a mobility system that is more sustainable, safe, healthy, inclusive, and comfortable.

Innovations in Logistics

The logistics sector is undergoing rapid digitalisation, with data sharing and the development of digital platforms gaining momentum. These advancements are making real-time decision-making increasingly feasible, but their success depends on strong collaboration among stakeholders. At the same time, achieving a modal shift towards more sustainable transport modes remains a key challenge. Innovative hub concepts are emerging as a promising solution, offering new opportunities for more efficient and effective multimodal logistics and transshipment operations. In this workshop, we will explore innovations for better, smarter, more sustainable logistics.
