Train your brain for more calm, focus, and resilience

As part of the Brain Campaign (7–23 June), we warmly invite you to a unique and calming BreinExperience with Wendy Sturrock, certified mindfulness trainer.

Wendy supports students and staff (e.g. through X TU Delft) in managing stress and living more mindfully.

During Mindfulness for a Happy Brain, Wendy will share how insights from mindfulness and brain science can help you train your mind for more relaxation, clarity, and joy. Her motto: “If you can change your brain, you can change your life.”

"If you can change your brain, you can change your life." Is it true?

What to Expect

  • An engaging talk connecting science and lived experience

  • Several short, guided mindfulness practices

  • Insights into neuroplasticity and stress from an evolutionary and behavioral perspective.

The session begins with a vote on the proposition: “If you can change your brain, you can change your life.”

We’ll revisit this vote at the end – to see what’s shifted.
