The welcome reception, refreshments during the breaks and lunches are included in your registration.

During the breaks we will offer coffee, tea, flavoured waters, sweets and fruit. Throughout the venue aqua cans will be available to fill water bottles.

Dietary requirements

While we aim to fulfill all dietary requests to the best of our ability, please note that providing appropriate meals is subject to the facilities and capabilities of the venue.

We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however it cannot be guaranteed that all requests will be met. It is advisable for delegates to have contingency plans in place for their dietary requirements.

Visa application letter

If you require a registration confirmation letter for your travel visa application, please note that you will receive the letter only after you have completed and paid your registration for Interspeech 2025.

We aim to send out the letter within 24 hours after your registration (please remember we are in CEST-time so there is most likely a time difference) .

Social Events

During Interspeech 2025 the welcome reception on Monday 18 August is included in your exhibitor pass. The conference banquet/party on Wednesday 20 Augusts is not.

You are welcome to purchase max two tickets for the banquet. The price of a single ticket is 150,00 Euro.

Please note that although we understand that you maybe travelling with your family, the social events are 18+ events.

Interspeech 2025 will work under the privacy policy of Delft University of Technology (TU Delft.)

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for Interspeech 2025 and ISCA and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.
