For participants to this closed event, we can cover accommodation costs (1 or 2 nights) and/or travel costs in Europe, if necessary. Lunch and dinner on 23 October are included.
 

 

In case you book your own travel and/or accommodation, you can declare it afterwards (within 2 weeks after the event) with the receipts and/or boarding passes and this claim form.

Your data will only be shared with the organisers for the sole purpose of attending this event. You will only receive the necessary emails with information about this event. Details which have been collected during this process, will be deleted after the event. 

Recordings and photos 
All our events can be recorded on photo or video. These images can (now or in the future) be used for educational and promotional purposes, publication on the Internet such as the Maastricht University website and the social media channels of Maastricht University.
 

No-show
We have a no waste policy. Please note that if you register, you are expected to join. Catering costs are being made on your behalf. The cancellation deadline is 15 October.
