The Ministry of Finance will host its next CRS seminar on 23 October at the Renaissance Hotel (Atrium) to inform Financial Institutions navigating the reporting obligations under the Common Reporting Standards.

 

During this seminar we will inform Financial Institutions about the preliminary conclusions of the OECD's on-site assessment. The upcoming CRS Seminar will also focus on the "undocumented accounts", the definition of Controlling Persons for CRS and the family fund clause. If you are the designated individual responsible for meeting the CRS obligations in the MDES portal, we encourage you to attend.
