The course fee includes all course materials, lunches and refreshments and a certificate of completion. Additionally, on Tuesday, all course participants are invited to attend a dinner, which is included in the course fee.

EAZA Academy Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course starts no fees apply.
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course starts you will be charged 25% of the fees.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the course starts you will be charged 50% of the fees.
- If you cancel less than 1 week before the course starts you will be charged 100% of the fees.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the EAZA Academy confirms the cancellation for their course registration.

Reimbursements are processed according to the applicable notification period and corresponding refund percentage.

Conditions under which the course may not be offered

The course may not take place if unforeseen emergencies or critical operational issues prevent safe or effective delivery

Other considerations

- Copyright of all course content remains with the Academy

- Course materials remain the intellectual property of the Academy, participants may use them for personal study only

- Issues not addressed in this registration form fall under the EAZA Academy’s general terms and procedures.
