Men Only Yoga Class – In support of Movember

We are co-hosting a Men Only Yoga Class to raise awareness for men’s mental health, in support of Movember. Movember is a global movement that highlights important issues many men face, such as stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, and the pressure to always “stay strong.” While these topics often remain unspoken, they affect more men than we think. This session is a gentle invitation to take a moment for yourself. To breathe, move, and reconnect. No prior yoga experience is needed for the class. The session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those already familiar with yoga. The aim is not performance or flexibility, but mental relief and physical ease. It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, release tension, and reset. You don’t need to be “good” at yoga; just come as you are. By joining this class, you are not only supporting your own wellbeing, but also contributing to a broader message: men’s mental health matters. Speaking up, taking a break, or asking for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. The event is free, but it is possible to donate to Movember to support research, awareness campaigns, and community projects. We hope to see you there and stand together for a healthier, more open conversation about mental well-being. So bring your male friends, try something new together, and support a good cause!
