Introducing a lawyer and human rights defender from Venezuela, dedicated to documenting violations, supporting victims, and bringing cases before international bodies. For more than a decade, he has worked with Venezuelan and regional organizations, leading field investigations and developing legal strategies to address patterns of state violence. His work combines research, litigation, and advocacy, always guided by a strong commitment to those seeking justice.
