Blue Monday Laughter Yoga

Blue Monday is coming up and to fill this day with a little bit of joy, we'd like to introduce you to laughter yoga! Because laughing: don't you wish you had more of it in your life? Time to connect to the sunny side of life and rediscover your very own laughter. Laughing isn’t just fun; it’s also incredibly powerful for both body and mind. In laughter yoga, you’ll learn how to feel more joy and connection with others and yourself again. The best way to get through this blue monday, is laughing. About the trainer:     

I’m Selene (german/spanish), a psychologist (M.Sc.) and graduated at the University of Twente (NL).

Since 2017, I have been leading workshops for various groups at universities in Europe and I recently won an university award for the best workshop! Moreover, I conducted scientific research on the topic and have carried out a study on laughter yoga.

Looking forward to share this special experience with you and showing you how healing laughter can be!
