Dear graduate, Dear Sir/Madam, 

We are pleased to invite you to the graduation ceremony on Friday, November 27, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00 p.m. at Theater aan het Vrijthof in Maastricht.

To ensure the smooth organization of your diploma presentation, we kindly ask you to let us know by November 8 whether you will be attending the ceremony. Due to the high number of graduates this fall, you may bring up to 2 family members. We cannot allow any additional guests who are not registered to enter. 

This invitation is personal and may not be shared with other graduates. You can easily register by clicking the link below. In the confirmation email, you’ll find a personal QR code. Please bring this with you for the check-in.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration. You can then indicate whether you would like to receive your diploma by mail or pick it up on another day. We kindly ask that you let us know your preferences by November 8 at the latest. 

The deadline for ordering a cap and/or gown is also Sunday, November 8. You’ll find more information about this in the registration form.
