Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided deep relaxation practice that brings your body into a restorative state while your mind remains aware. Just one session can feel like hours of rest and helps improve focus, sleep, and mental clarity.
No need to bring a Yoga mat or props, all is available on site! Ilona Wijnands will support you in each session with special themes designed to create the ultimate relaxation experience.
