Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the conference. These can be used by the organizing committee and organizing parties for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

Privacy statement

We will use the data you provide (your name, organization, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a preliminary picture of the participants that registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before 22nd May 2026 will receive a full refund less € 50,- administration fee;
Cancellations made between 23th May 2026 and 1st; June 2026 will receive a 50% refund less € 50,- administration fee;
No refunds are granted after 2nd June 2026 (in extraordinary cases the organisation will look into the request and decide on a possible compensation);
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
