Accommodation:

Participants are expected to arrange their own accommodation during the conference.

 

Each FEANTSA member organisation is entitled to have the travel and accommodation costs covered for one representative attending the General Assembly. You should book your own flights and accommodation and submit the expense claim form after the conference for reimbursement. Please note that we will reimburse GA Delegates up to a maximum of €103 per night for three nights (accommodation unit cost for Poland) and up to the elegible travel unit cost.
