Cancellation / no-show
We offer this for free. In case you cannot attend, please de-register as soon as possible, but no later than August 9. We have a no waste policy so you are expected to join when you register as substantial costs are being made on your behalf.

Your data will only be shared with the organizers for the sole purpose of attending this event. You will only receive the necessary emails with information about this event. Details which have been collected during this process, will be deleted after the event.

All our events can be recorded on photo or video. These images can (now or in the future) be used for educational and promotional purposes, publication on the Internet such as the Maastricht University website and the social media channels of Maastricht University.
