• Please ensure you arrive at the beginning of the assigned session time for signing and collecting your diploma* as we expect a large number of attendees.

 

• We have limited storage space for jackets and bags, so we would ask that, if possible, you leave them in your car.

 

• Should any of your guests be interested, there is an option to have a short building tour during the registration period.

 

• Guests can assemble outside the Auditorium 15-20 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin, and will be seated first via the main Auditorium doors.

 

• Please ensure you assemble outside the Auditorium 15-20 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. You will then be led to the back of the Auditorium to enter, walk down the stairs and be seated in the first few rows.

 

• During the ceremony, you will hear your name called. Please move promptly to stand next to the podium.

 

• You will then walk the stage and be greeted with a handshake and a gift from us. Our photographer will also take photos.

 

Please ensure you arrive on time to take part in the ceremony or you will not be allowed entry into the Auditorium once the ceremony has begun.

 

*If you will be signing your diploma please be aware that you should bring your passport or ID; a copy will not be accepted.
