I understand that EAZA has a Code of Behaviour for participants, tutors and organisers during EAZA Events and Academy Courses. Any complaints will be addressed by following the EAZA Academy Complaint Process. 

I acknowledge and consent to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the EAZA Academy Policies below.

EAZA Academy Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course starts no fees apply. 
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course starts you will be charged 25% of the fees.  
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the course starts you will be charged 50% of the fees. 
- If you cancel less than 1 week before the course starts you will be charged 100% of the fees.

-If you cancel within 14 days of registration, a cooling down period will be respected and a full refund will be provided. 

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the EAZA Academy confirms the cancellation for their course registration.

Reimbursements are processed according to the applicable notification period and corresponding refund percentage.

Conditions under which the course may not be offered

The course may not take place if unforeseen emergencies or critical operational issues prevent safe or effective delivery. 

In the event that the registrations for the course fall below minimum required registrants, the Academy reserves the right to cancel the course. In this rare event, the course participants will be informed at least 1 month prior of the cancellation and will be fully refunded the course fee. If you cancel within 14 days of registration, a cooling down period will be respected and a full refund will be provided. 

Other considerations

- Copyright of all course content remains with the Academy

- Course materials remain the intellectual property of the Academy, participants may use them for personal study only 

- Issues not addressed in this registration form fall under the EAZA Academy’s general terms and procedures.
