Postdoc Policy & Social Hour

 

Postdoc Appreciation Week NL returns from 21–25 September 2026. This national initiative puts postdocs in the spotlight, recognising their essential contributions to research and education, while creating space for dialogue on their position and future in academia and building momentum for improved support and policy.

Alongside the national and local activities, CAPHRI is hosting a dedicated event for our postdoc community on Monday, 21 September 2026, at Bar Bistro SAAM.

 

15:00 – 16:00 | Presentation of the CAPHRI Science Committee Advisory Report on Postdoc Policy

An introduction to the advisory report, followed by room for questions and discussion regarding the future of postdoc support within our institute.

16:00 – 17:00 | Informal Drinks & Networking

An opportunity to catch up with fellow-Postdocs and celebrate the start of Postdoc Appreciation Week.
