By registering for the conference, you confirm your intent to attend and accept the following payment and attendance policies. Before proceeding with payment, please read the following sections carefully to ensure that you understand all requirements and guidelines.

1. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they can legally enter and stay in the Netherlands for the duration of the conference. If travelling from abroad, participants must independently arrange for the necessary visa, travel documents, and any legal permissions required for their stay.

2. We ask that speakers pay the fees by Nov 2nd 11:59 PM CET to make sure that you are on the program.

3. Attendees who are not presenting may pay by Dec 1st 11:59 PM CET at the latest.

4. There is no day rate for this conference. Please note that payments made to the conference are non-refundable.

The registration fee for waged participants [speakers and attendees] is €100.

The reduced fee for those who are precariously waged or non-waged [speakers and attendees] is €50.

Participants who are currently registered at a Dutch institution of higher lerarning may attend free of charge.

The fee excludes accommodation and meals. Unfortunately, we are presently unable to offer financial aid for the conference.

All activities connected to the conference are in person only. There will be no recording, streaming or hybrid sessions.
