Conference Fee

The conference fee is 200 € (includes the conference dinner on the first day, lunch on the second day, and coffee breaks on both days). 

Please note that no lunch will be served on the first day (24 September). We kindly recommend that you eat before the Welcome and Introduction session.

Presenters and PhD students are eligible for a reduced fee of 100 €. To receive a discount code, please contact Nóra Teller before registering.

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation during the conference. 

Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday, 24 September at 19:00, venue to be confirmed. The cost is included in the conference fee, but you must tick the box to confirm your attendance. Otherwise, you will not be counted for the dinner and no seat will be reserved for you.

Please note that places for the dinner are limited. If the number of registrations exceeds the available capacity, places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Make sure to indicate any dietary restrictions during registration—this applies even if you’re not attending the dinner, as it helps us plan for lunch and coffee breaks.
