EOSAM Involvement

This year, the CARLA event is organised in collaboration with EOSAM, the European Society of Optics Annual Meeting. By joining forces with this esteemed organisation, we ensure that we will bring a large part of the young European Photonics community to the CARLA 2025 event.

Sponsorship Packages

Packages vary based on size and goals, offering a range of benefits from increased visibility to direct support towards our event and training programs.

• Sponsor pack 1 - €0: Share your experience in a 10-minute career pitch.

  We are looking for a wide variety of speakers in terms of experience, gender and nationality. Your pitch should contain:

  • One slide about your company

  • About three slides about yourself: why did you choose a career in photonics? How did you get to where you are now? What is your job/what do you do on a day-to-day basis? What challenges are you facing? Etc.

  • The last slide should contain some advice/tips for the students.

  • The presentation should not contain any confidential information so that we can share all presentations afterwards.

• Sponsor pack 2 - €100: Send us your roll-up banner. We will put it up for you at the job fair, but no company representative is present.

• Sponsor pack 3 - €100: Provide us with a giveaway or flyer; your company will be represented in the goodie bag.

• Combination of Sponsor packs 2 & 3 - €150.

• Sponsor pack 4 - €250 (including lunch and drinks): Give a career pitch as mentioned under sponsor pack 1 and be present at the job fair with a roll-up banner, a standing table and one company representative.
