We are pleased to invite you to the first edition of the new TU Delft Climate Safety & Security center (CaSS) Climate Security Talk Series: Securing Critical Materials for a Safe, Secure, and Sustainable Future.

Critical materials are essential to the green and digital transitions, yet growing demand, supply chain dependencies and geopolitical developments pose significant challenges. This Climate Security Talks brings together researchers, policymakers and practitioners to discuss how innovation, governance and circularity can contribute to more resilient material systems.

About CaSS & the Climate Security Talks

The Climate Security Talks are a new series of events that bring together researchers, policymakers and practitioners to explore emerging climate security challenges. Across five themes, Water, Food, Materials, Energy and Human Security, the series creates a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaboration. The series is organized by the Climate Safety & Security Centre (CaSS) at TU Delft. CaSS conducts interdisciplinary research on fair access to essential resources, including water, food and energy, and the infrastructures and material systems that support them, connecting perspectives from engineering, design and governance.
