Choose your registration options

For ticket group, you may choose among the following options:

Early registration: Register at a reduced rate. This is 160 euros for students (BSc/MSc/PhD), or 280 euros otherwise. If you choose this option, you will be required to upload valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID or official certification letter from an accredited institution). We may have to invalidate your registration if no valid proof of student status is provided. (only available until May 4)
Late registration: Register at an increased rate. This is 210 euros for students (BSc/MSc/PhD), or 350 euros otherwise. (only available until June 1)
SIKS PhD Student: Due to the cooperation between SIKS and the local organisation of CG 2026 there will be a fixed number of free seats available for registered SIKS-PhD-students. This option also includes free access to the conference dinner. Applications will be honoured on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you choose to register as a SIKS-PhD-student, we will need to verify that you are indeed enrolled in the graduate school before we can confirm your registration. Your registration may be invalidated if we cannot confirm your status as a SIKS-PhD student, or if the fixed number of seats has already been taken. We will inform you as soon as possible about this. Note that SIKS-PhD-students are typically only PhD students doing a PhD in informatics/computer science at a Dutch institution. (only available until June 1)

Any of the options described above will grant access to all technical sessions, keynote talks, lunch breaks, and coffee breaks, over both conference days. The conference dinner at Thiessen Wijnkoopers (on the first conference day, Friday June 19) is an optional element that comes with an additional cost of 90 euros. Furthermore, if you choose to register for the conference dinner, there is also an option to bring one additional person to the dinner (again at an additional cost of 90 euros).

Conditions for cancellation

Cancellation policy:
- All cancellation requests or registration changes must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers via email at: dennis.soemers@maastrichtuniversity.nl.
Refund conditions:
- Cancellations received on or before 10 May 2026 will receive a full refund, minus a €10 administrative fee. Any bank charges or exchange rate differences will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Cancellations received after 10 May 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be granted for registered participants who do not attend the conference.
- No refunds will be made in the event of cancelled sessions, speaker changes, or program modifications.
