Privacy statement
By registering for HL7 FHIR DevDays 2023, you (the participant) agree that your personal data will be processed for delegate registration purposes. We process your name, organization, position, (invoice) address, e-mail address, telephone number. All personal data will only be used in accordance with current EU data protection legislation (GDPR). The full privacy policy for DevDays can be found here.

We kindly request your permission to add your name to the mailing list for future editions of DevDays and updates on Firely’s software tools and services.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Registrations are only confirmed when full payment has been received by the organizers. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, iDeal, or bank transfer, and an email will be sent confirming registration.

Attn: The access code to the virtual event will only be sent to the attendees when full payment is received by the organizers.

Prepaid registrants who cancel by May 12, 2023, will receive a full refund minus a € 50 processing fee. No refunds will be provided after this deadline. Cancellation requests should be sent to devdays@fire.ly
