Cancellation policy
Upon receipt of your written cancellation before May 13, 2023, a refund will be made after deduction of EUR 25 administration costs. No refunds can be made after this date. However, if you are unable to attend, a colleague can use your registration.

Should the congress be cancelled or postponed due to governmental measurements taken around COVID-19, you will be given the choice to transfer your registration fees to the next congress or receive a full refund of the fees. More information will be provided by the organizers
