Ems-Scheldt workshop 2027

The workshop intends to bring together participants from academia, research institutes, industry, and government to exchange knowledge and share the latest research relevant to the Ems and Scheldt River communities, as well as other estuaries with similar problems or dynamics. Topics of the workshop will include (but are not limited to): hydrodynamics, sediment dynamics, wetland and marsh development/restoration, biochemistry, ecology, morphodynamics and saltwater intrusion. We welcome all innovative research that contributes to the understanding and management of estuarine and coastal systems.

The workshop is on February 25 and 26 in Delft (Netherlands).

Conference venue: Aula Conference Centre, Commissiekamer 3, Mekelweg 5, 2628 CC Delft.
