European Zoo Nutrition Conference 2023

 

The European Zoo Nutrition Conference 2023 will be hosted by Riga Zoo in Latvia, 19-22 January, 2023. The conference activities will take place at the Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel which is next to the Old Town of Riga.  The European Zoo Nutrition Conference is usually attended by around 130 delegates from about 20 countries, representing zoo nutritionists, veterinarians, curators, animal keepers, staff and students from higher education institutes and private individuals. However for the 2023 edition a maximum of 120 participants is allowed to join due to capacity limitations. 

The conference is a major event for information exchange between individuals involved in zoo animal nutrition in Europe. The conference will be preceded by an optional one-day EAZA Academy workshop which will take place on 19 January.
