Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Registrations associated with an accepted paper or poster are non-refundable.
• For all other registrations:
  • Cancellations made more than one month before the conference will receive a full (100%) refund.
  • Cancellations made between one month and one week before the conference will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the conference.
• When requesting a cancellation, please indicate the reason (e.g., health, visa issues).
