About Living Lab Electric Flight

Royal NLR strives for synergy in research on electric flight. With a research facility as core, NLR wants to exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of sustainability in an accessible manner, together with other relevant parties. For this purpose the Living Lab Electric Flight (LLEF) is established.

The Living Lab Electric Flight (LLEF) is a virtual knowledge center with joint research projects where technology can be easily experimented with and demonstrated on a research platform. This platform not only includes NLR's Pipistrel Velis Electro, but also includes the use of test facilities, wind tunnels, etc.
