Privacy statement

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Photography/Videography

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the conference; also presentations will be recorded. These can be used by the organizing committee and organizing parties TU Delft & University Bruxelles for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

 

Cancellation/reimbursement policy

No reimbursement for cancellations, except for extreme conditions.
